SISD首次主办“科技协同创新促进城市可持续发展”边会
联合国科技创新促进可持续发展多利益攸关方论坛(Multi-stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation for the Sustainable Development Goals, 简称STI论坛）将于2022 年 5 月 5 日至 6 日在联合国纽约线上召开。2022 STI 论坛主题是“科技创新助力后疫情重建，同时推动全面落实2030年可持续发展议程”，着重聚焦于SDG4（优质教育）、SDG5（性别平等）、SDG14（水下生物）、SDG15（陆地生物）和SDG17（伙伴关系）。
STI论坛是2030年可持续发展议程框架下联合国技术促进机制的重要组成部分，也是联合国交流研讨科技创新促进可持续发展经验的主要平台之一。STI论坛由联合国经社理事会召集，由联合国科技创新促进可持续发展目标跨机构任务组（IATT）和10人专家组负责组织。2016年起每年在纽约联合国总部召开，汇聚全球可持续发展领域的顶级专家学者，聚焦科技创新在实现可持续发展目标中的作用，每年成果向联合国可持续发展高级别政治论坛(HLPF) 报告。

2022 STI 论坛由联合国经社理事会(UNECOSOC)主席Collen Vixen Kelapile 先生及两名联合主席——坦桑尼亚大使兼常驻联合国代表Kennedy Godfrey Gastorn先生和乌克兰常驻联合国代表兼大使Sergiy Kyslytsya 先生共同召集。由联合国科技创新促进可持续发展目标跨机构任务组（IATT）和10人专家组负责组织。
与往年一样，STI论坛的主题将联合国可持续发展高级别政治论坛 （HLPF)保持一致，但更关注科学、技术和创新的作用和贡献。2022可持续发展高级别政治论坛将于7月5日-7月15日举行，将深入审查SDG4（优质教育）、SDG5（性别平等）、SDG14（水下生物）、SDG15（陆地生物）和SDG17（伙伴关系），也将考虑到2019新冠病毒大流行对所有可持续发展目标的不同和特殊影响，以及这些目标的整体性、不可分割性和相互关联性。
由此，2022 STI论坛主题是“科技创新助力后疫情重建，同时推动全面落实2030年可持续发展议程”，着重聚焦于SDG4（优质教育）、SDG5（性别平等）、SDG14（水下生物）、SDG15（陆地生物）和SDG17（伙伴关系）。

The seventh annual Multi-Stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation for the SDGs (STI Forum) will be held from 5 to 6 May 2022. The theme for the STI Forum 2022 will be: “Science, technology and innovation for building back better from COVID-19 while advancing the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”.
The STI Forum is an important component of the Technology Facilitation Mechanism (TFM). It was convened by the UNECOSOC and organized by the United Nations Interagency Task Force on Science, Technology and Innovation for the Sustainable Development Goals (IATT) and a 10-member Group. It has been held annually since 2016 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, bringing together top experts and scholars in the field of sustainable development, focusing on the role of scientific and technological innovation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, and reporting its results to the United Nations High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) every year.
The side event of STI Forum 2022 “Session on the Synergistic Cooperation Promoting City’s Sustainable Development with S&T” will be held on 7:30-8:45pm

Concept Note
The Forum will be convened by the President of ECOSOC H.E. Mr. Collen Vixen Kelapile who has appointed two co-chairs-H.E. Mr. Kennedy Godfrey Gastorn, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Tanzania to the United Nations, and H.E. Mr. Sergiy Kyslytsya, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations. As per its mandate, the Forum will be organized by the UN interagency task team on STI for the SDGs (IATT) and the 10-Member Group of high-level representatives appointed by the Secretary General.
As in previous years, the theme of the STI Forum will be closely aligned with that of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF), to be held from 5 July to 15 July 2022, but have an exclusive focus on the role and contributions of science, technology and innovation. The HLPF in 2022 will review in-depth SDG 4, 5, 14, 15 and 17. Accordingly, the theme for the STI Forum 2022 will be: “Science, technology and innovation for building back better from COVID-19 while advancing the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”.
