Re:Think联合国开发计划署可持续发展创新会议成都论道
4月28日，Re:Think联合国开发计划署可持续发展创新会议在成都中国-欧洲中心举行。交流中心副主任张翼出席并致辞，同时与联合国开发计划署驻华代表白雅婷、成都市人民政府副秘书长唐章昭、成都高新区管委会副主任饶程共同为SPARK联合国开发计划署可持续发展创新实验室（成都）揭牌。
张翼副主任在致辞中指出，中国是最早落实2030年可持续发展议程并制定本国方案的国家之一，当前，中国开启了第二个百年目标的新征程。如何立足新发展阶段，贯彻新发展理念，构建新发展格局，亟待深刻的思考和积极的行动。新冠疫情带来了巨大挑战，如何驯服由“黑天鹅”演进成“灰犀牛”事件的全球性蔓延，要求我们进行更多的思考。本次会议围绕可持续发展创新，并分别选择了金融、科技、社会、性别4个专题展开，既是回应问题所在，也是解决问题的钥匙所在。希望各界贤达踊跃分享思考、贡献智慧，为创新引领的可持续发展提供积极的智力推进。
本次会议是交流中心与联合国开发计划署、成都高新技术产业开发区管理委员会合作，在成都市共同实施的可持续发展创新示范项目下的相关活动。项目旨在集聚各界力量共同倡导并推动基于可持续价值体系的高新区国际化创新实践和国际可持续投资合作，促进南南合作及与其他国家的交流，建立以成都高新区为支点的全球高新区国际合作平台。
CICETE Deputy Director General Zhang Yi attended the Re:Think Inaugural Conference for Innovation and Sustainable Development
On April 28th, CICETE Deputy Director General Zhang Yi attended the Re:Think Inaugural Conference for Innovation and Sustainable Development as well as the launching ceremony for the SPARK UNDP SDG Innovation Lab in Chengdu.
DDG Zhang Yi pointed out in his speech that, it’s high time to take profound thinking and concrete practices in achieving China’s second centenary goals. When facing the current COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, even more thinking and efforts should be made jointly throughout the world to conquer the difficulties. This conference centered on sustainable innovation, covering 4 specific topics including finance, science & technology, society and gender, all of which required in-depth thinking and corresponding actions. He expressed his vision that people from all walks of life should contribute their thoughts and talents through this platform for the sustainable development of innovation.
This conference is one of the activities supported under the UNDP SDG Innovation Pilot Project in Chengdu, which was designed to establish an international cooperation platform with in Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone to promote the innovation practices, international sustainable investment cooperation, South-South cooperation as well as communications with other countries.
